Shipping policy

Delivery

We ship to the UK and the United States. Please allow up to 2 working days for us to pack your order; most orders leave us the next working day.

Every order goes by a Royal Mail tracked service, and you'll get a tracking link by email once it's on its way. Weekends and bank holidays aren't working days.

UK delivery

Free delivery is applied automatically at checkout. Northern Ireland orders may take a day or two longer.

If you miss a delivery, Royal Mail will leave a card telling you how to rearrange it or collect your parcel.

Delivery to the United States

US delivery is a flat £25 per order by Royal Mail International Tracked, and US import duties are included — there is nothing more to pay when your parcel arrives.

Prices are shown and charged in pounds sterling (£). Your card provider may charge a small conversion fee.
Customs checks can occasionally add a few days, especially in December.
Some items can't be posted abroad under Royal Mail rules, so they won't appear when you shop from the US: room and pillow mists, reed diffusers and refills, fragrance and perfume oils, eau de toilette, nail polish, matches, and chocolates or other food.

We don't ship to other countries yet. If you'd like to order from elsewhere, email customercare@irisandviolet.co.uk and we'll see what we can do.

Returns

Please post any returns to our Stamford shop: Iris & Violet, 31 St Mary's Street, Stamford, PE9 2DS. Return postage is paid by you, so we recommend a tracked service. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or isn't what you ordered, we'll cover the cost of sending it back.

You can also bring online orders back to our Stamford or Cambridge shop. Full details are in our Return and refund policy.

Out of stock

Occasionally an item bought online may not be available. If so, we'll contact you straight away to offer a full refund, an exchange for another item, or the expected delivery date.
